Upon its scientific tendering proposal, remarkable achievements and rich experiences, Guoxin Tendering Corporation Ltd. has been awarded by the Government of Beijing Municipality with the first position among 24 global well-known tendering agencies and consultancy companies, as the tendering agent for Project Ownership of the National Stadium -Main Stadium (Bird's Nest) of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
It is rather creative to have the Project Ownership bided for national large scaled sports facilities both in China and the world. Following the principles of "Guided by Government, Operated as per Marketing, Society Participate
in" and adopted BOT way for project financial preparation, Guoxin Tendering Corporation Ltd. organized the public tendering. This new international tendering model attracted numbers of domestic and foreign economic entities
